Nature’s Order for Getting Well

Everything in nature has an order and a rhythm. According to author Donna Gates of “The Body Ecology Diet” many people are not getting well because they have not understood or followed the order the body requires for wellness. The foundation of health and the number one step is to create a hearty inner ecosystem inside the intestines. This is best achieved with cultured foods or beverages. These include Kefir and vegetables like cabbage, kale or collard that have been fermented with beneficial bacteria.
Step Two is creating energy by nourishing the adrenals and the thyroid
Step Three is conquering any infections (viral, bacterial, parasitic or fungal)
Step Four is cleansing

Gates cautions that violating the order of these steps leaves people frustrated and confused. When people spend a great deal of time, effort and money and still don’t get well, they may be doing the right things but in the wrong order.
