Sleep why it is important and aides that can help

If it is lighter than you like, buy night goggles. My companion wears one every night unlike myself who only uses them when I travel. Make sure you do not watch television in the room, as the TV lights and constant movement can keep ones brain on high alert. Go to bed by 10 pm. That is the best time for your body to regenerate healthy cells. Don’t get tempted to read in bed. That is something I had to change and I now read in the entertainment room. If you have a low backache, put an pillow under your knees. I personally drink a tea by Yogi Tea called “Bedtime”, when I have jet lag or I am feeling over tired. My companion takes drops by Herb Pharm called “California Poppy”. Make sure you do not drink caffeine after lunch, better yet, stop all together! I also understand that exercising late in the day can disrupt your sleep.
FYI….I read recently that the sleep postion taken by people, seals their personality!
