Travel tips, using natural products

My partner is picking me up in Paris from a sleeper train from Madrid, Spain. We will then travel by rented car to Vannes, the west coast of France. We are visiting his family and friend for a quick week. It is important to get over the jet lag as soon as possible. Some symtoms of jet lag can be, not being able to sleep at night, digestive problems,  headaches and sore muscles from a long flight.

I have a list of products I carry with me and they include, a pillow for the flight that can be used in hotels as well. A night mask, to keep the light away during the flight and also the first couple nights in the hotel room. Ear plugs( the ones I use come from france, they are called “Quies” made from pure wax. A relaxation tea called Bedtime from Yogi Tea,( they are not available in Canada anymore due to the health regulations! One more thing to thank the CDN government for) . Moisture spray for the face, so my wrinkles are less visible! A change of clothing, in case my checked baggage is lost. ( The last time I flew into Paris it was lost for the first 2 days) A face cloth and hand soap to wash my face on the flight and in my hotel room. I also bring a scarf to protect me from cold drafts. For the immune system I  take Host Defense from New Chapters, Blockade with Vira Block, from New Chapters again. Ester C from SISU. Sterols and Sterolins from New Roots herbal, and Wild OreganoC93 . That should do some serious damage to any germs!

  1. Hi, Jay Jay: Lots of good advice for travellers. Thanks for including the product names so that we can purchase them locally, if possible. Sounds like you had a beautiful trip.
