Laurent built his latest company, Citrus Pie Media Group, with Jennifer around film and video production back in 2010. Laurent is dedicated to creating authentic videos in a documentary style that combine compelling storytelling with beautiful visuals. He has interviewed over 3,000 people, always fine-tuning what makes business owners and holistic practitioners passionate about what they do.
Laurent is currently Developing, Writing and with his production company, Citrus Pie is Co-Producing a Feature Length film with an A- list Celebrity from France, Duane Howard from “The Revenant” with Leonardo DiCaprio. It will be set in British Columbia and France.
Laurent co-wrote and directed his first feature length documentary, “Your Second Fifty” with a $260,000.00 investment in 2015. Amazing cast members, inspiring stories of living life fully at any age.
Laurent wrote and directed his second feature length film “To Life, Death and Beyond, the Music of Magma” which was released in June 2017. The film features Robert Trujillo from Metallica and Jello Biafra from The Dead Kennedys and had a successful Kickstarter campaign. It won Best feature length film at the Jukebox International Film Festival in Reno NV and several nominations at various festivals.
Laurent’s new feature film, “On a Scale of 1 to 10, the Silent Epidemic” is a moving and inspiring journey across North America, to discover new ways to deal with the silent epidemic which is chronic pain. The film received the 2019 Community Impact Award by the International Pain Foundation. It has been viewed over 200,000 times and has over 450 comments.
Laurent just finished “A Going Concern”, a one hour film on the life of Gerry Levasseur, an iconic businessman from Alberta.
Laurent is passionate about the animal cause and likes to promote living with compassion.
An entrepreneur since the age of 18 when he started his own printing and marketing business in France, Laurent was promoted to Canada in the early eighties to open offices from New York to Vancouver by the leader in one hour photo labs, KIS, a $800 million company. He trained and mentored hundreds of sales professionals.
Laurent developed a patient education software program for Holistic Doctors and built a sales force across North America that did over $40 million in 10 years.
He also produced 50 seminars across N.A. in the Health & Wellness field. He hosted coaches, world renowned speakers, doctors and scientists. He has organized concerts and over 25 film events.

Jennifer is fascinated by how technology is changing the business landscape in the 21st century. Jennifer’s skills as an online digital marketing pro, are perfectly complemented by the talented team at Citrus Pie Media Group.
With 4 feature length documentaries, one feature length film and one in development, Jennifer has acquired great experience in film production. As Laurent’s partner in Citrus Pie Media Group, Jennifer has also helped produce over 2500 video projects.
She has been the mastermind behind the “Healing Chronic Pain” and the “Mind/Body, Reset” online summits and has created 2 very successful film crowdfunding campaigns that overshot their initial financing targets.
Jennifer is an expert at creating strategies for launching products and services as well as putting in place affiliate marketing strategies.
She has organized successful film events and seminars all over North America and is a fan of both online and offline strategies.
Jennifer has a background in the airline industry, where she was tasked with the difficult responsibility of wide body aircrafts weight and balance, Payload Control (JV of Airlines Revenue Management System) and was part of a small team that executed highly technical Irregular Operations functions for the airlines world airport network.
She is passionate about film and has attended many film festivals, where she would see up to 50 films a week.
As a producer, she’s been involved in the film industry for many years. Her experience ranges from music videos, corporate film projects, crowdfunding documentary film launches to feature films with Canadian productions that have earned her team international recognition. She loves cinema and has attended over 50 film festivals.
